About Aiko

Aiko joined in 2020 to build the Greenwich patch, after a decade selling new homes for developers along the river. The patch runs from the Georgian streets around Greenwich Park to the riverside buildings at Lovell’s Wharf and the Peninsula.

After so long on the developer side, Aiko reads a service charge budget and a building safety report faster than most solicitors, and buyers of newer flats find that reassuring.

Aiko lives in Blackheath and rows on the Thames on Sunday mornings.
