About Tom
Tom opened the Clapham office in 2019 and runs its sales team. The patch is the Victorian and Edwardian terraces of the Abbeville Village, the Old Town and the streets between the two commons, where most buyers are growing families trading up from a flat.
Tom knows which lofts were converted with permission and which kitchen extensions came with a party wall award, and tells buyers before their surveyor does. Having trained as a building surveyor helps.
Home is near Clapham Common, with a family and a very patient spaniel.
